Traditional Techniques
Clandestino Raw Olive oil respects traditional methods like hand-harvesting and manual pruning. These practices ensure the longevity of our olive trees, the health of the surrounding land and preserve cultural heritage. By collecting olives from traditional and non-intensive fields, we strive to minimize environmental impact and promote biodiversity.
Regenerative Fields
We are committed to find and restore centenary olive tree fields. We want to humanize the olive picking! The trees aren't shaken by machinery to have the fruits, we treat them with respect, we follow a no-till farming to ensure the soil isn't disturbed, maintaining it's natural structure and we do not use any type of pesticides nor herbicides. We have partnerships with local shepherds who make sure the land is naturally fertilized.
With dedication, observation, anticipation of diseases and LOVE, we keep the trees healthy and save the old trees from dying unattended.

This approach not only allows you to directly support our local economy but also helps us continue producing high-quality oil, caring for the land we farm, and providing our collaborators with fair wages.
