Our story began when Andre decided to leave his busy city life behind and move with his family to the serene countryside of Portugal. After purchasing a farm with centennial olive trees and tasting the first batch, he was amazed with the  diversity of flavors and the richness his oil offered. He decided to join his field and farm mentor Francisco to learn the way of taking care of the olive trees and rescuing abandoned and centennial olive groves.
