To protect the essence of our olive trees is a year-long process: hand pruning them, waiting for the flowers to bloom in Spring. From the fields to the lagar (pressing facilities), every step is meticulously planned & closely monitored to preserve the integrity of our values. The production is is exclusively tied to the year’s harvest, making each batch truly unique.
